	Case Study - The Deutsch Contract The Deutsch factory manager approached us after we had carried out two major contracts for an adjacent company. These contracts were for metal palisade. However, Deutsch preferred a more environmental approach to there fencing. They asked us to design a 2.4 metre high security fence around the factory, similar to that used by another contractor for a building nearby. During an inspection, our estimator noted that the bolts could be tampered with and he subsequently decided to look for a more clean cut fencing without showing bolts that could be undone. The outcome was a 2.4 metre high galvanized Derickx fencing in PPC green, including matching double gates. This proposal was put to Deutsch who put it to planning; also agreeing to include a public footpath to one side of their property, planning agreed with their proposal. Our company was given the entire contract to price and were given the contract to carry out, this was undertaken in a matter of weeks, all to the satisfaction of Deutsch. Further to this, Deutsch acquired a nearby factory unit which we also fenced at a later date, to the same specification. Back to case studies
