	Case Study - Gladedale Homes, Horley This new build housing customer required the development of an inner courtyard. A complete landscaping project. The project brief was to construct a landscape that supported the new build surroundings. This during an ongoing build. In order to achieve overall project deadlines with limited access we had to generate both a hard and soft landscaping solution that was cost and time effective. The main feature was the creation of a pond, over which a timber bridge was built and installed, complemented by large boulders and gravel features pertaining to the landscape areas. By combining planting with a water feature, we created a clean interesting and visually pleasing environment that could be easily maintained on the one hand and enjoyable for residents on the other.
