	Case Study - City Point, Brighton This is a Barrat development in Brighton where we carried out a design and build scheme to highlight the marketing suite of their exclusive town flats. With limited frontage and open aspect, the design had to offer an instant "Wow" factor while sustaining durable qualities. Working with the point concept and taking a very formal line approach with box shapes and plant choices, we used a two tonne piece of slate as our focal point. Mixing round shapes of clipped Buxus and spiky Agaves, under planted with gravel mulch lending support to the large stone. Apart from the design challenges, installation was hampered by delays and FGS proved that they could meet their deadlines by completing the work in a day and a half with a dedicated five man team.
