Castleoak - Building In The Retirement/Care Home Sector

Project: Carry out soft landscaping scheme to a given design for Castleoak Construction.
 

Key features: Our client works in the retirement/care home sector across the UK and our involvement was as a result of a referral following a similar scheme successfully completed nearby. The job was complicated by the fact that the original scheme had gone over budget and that the ground conditions were particularly difficult.

Our work: We value engineered the scheme to retain the style and themes while enabling us to meet the budget. We carried out planting and turfing. We had the right team and combination of skills to plan the changes and a workforce who were able to complete the job in very difficult weather and soil conditions to achieve a good finish on time.
