Project: Design and implement a landscape scheme which would satisfy planning requirements.
Key features: The project was made complicated by our late involvement in the scheme and consequently short timescales for gaining planning approval within the project timetable.

Our work: We negotiated with the local planning authority to ensure the scheme would match expectations.

The result: The scheme was approved by the planning authority, enabling us to complete the job within time and budget. We were able to match the needs of the developer with the constraints of the external regulation of the planning system. Our team can work with all parties to deliver a project which meets the brief in time and budget.
